Bungalow

Bungalow is a new design I recently created for Lanark. It is a cross between a wood, a bamboo and a silk. With so many trends gearing towards the minimalism of wood and bamboo I wanted to create a horizontal modern interpretation for the wall. It started as a watercolor, which I then transformed into a 3 layer sheer print designed to mimic the "staining" of a wood grain. Because of this, the colors are layered and rich.
