Fringe

Usually when I see fringe used in fashion it reminds me of cowboy themed bags or boots. The fringe of 2010 is different. Designers are layering and cutting fabric to add subtle texture or movement to a shoe, an outfit, a necklace. It is texture you want to touch and the styles are designed in a very sophisticated and minimal way.
