Design Inspiration: Textiles

Early this past year I made a trip out to LA for vacation/trend research. I stopped in at the Craft and Folk Art Museum, one of the many museum visits on my trip. They had an amazing show on display called "Bold Abstractions: Textiles from Central Asia and Iran". The embroidered robes and textiles were gorgeous. The rich color combinations alone are inspiring!
