Rodarte

If we didn't think the wood trend was big it just got bigger. Rodarte's Spring 2011 collection should have been called "Into the Woods". Layers of printed wood in a variety of hues and grains went beyond earthy and came across as modern runway sculpture. Ornamental leaf embroidery in a soft green balanced off the edgy hard wood looks. Strangely beautiful.
