Inspiration Board - Lanark's Montague

Montague is a new horizontal silk design I recently created for the Lanark wall-covering brand. To create this new fabric like texture, I merged the old with the new, the handcraft with the digital. The outcome being, a perfect and balancing blend of artistry and analog. By merging together a vintage silk with a computer generated fractal texture, I created a sophisticated and modernized version of a classic silk weave. Raw yet luxe, the colors have depth and variety. Metallic filaments and lustrous strands highlight the intricate silk composition. Perfect for any ambiance, Montague is an evocative, cosmopolitan and refined creation.
