Design Focus - Canyon

The original artwork for Canyon was handcrafted by me in my studio for Lanark. Textural and painterly, it was created by using the edge of a palette knife layering the paint directionally to create a puckered and layered effect.  Inspired by fabric textures seen on the runway I wanted to bring the outdoors in, in a very luxe and modern way. Highlighted by layers of contrasting metallic inks, Canyon is a natural, rich and earthy texture for the wall.
